Massage

Our body behaves like some kind of machine. In continuous operation, the machine consumes its resources and requires technical inspection and repair. So does our body! Daily movement, physical activity and stress during the day tire the muscles and cause spasms.

People often ask the question, what is massage?

Since ancient times, massage has been considered a means of treating muscle pain, as well as a way to relax and restore the abilities of our body.

Physical activity requires energy and good mood, and the effects of stress experienced should be removed. Where can we get both? The answer is massage.

What types of massage do we have?

First of all, it is important to determine the type of massage that will be most effective for individual needs.

Ayurvedic massage

This massage is part of the ancient Indian martial art of Kalari Payattu. With its help, practitioners restored the body after various stresses and injuries, developed body flexibility and joint mobility, strengthened the body and calmed the mind. This massage uses various medicinal Ayurvedic oils, which enhances its healing effect.

The effects of this massage
– significantly improves lymph and blood circulation
– relaxes the body layer by layer and deeply
– improves joint mobility
– reduces stress levels, calms the mind.

Relaxing massage

A relaxing massage is the solution for a tight and tense body. It promotes stretching of muscle fibers, accelerating blood flow and metabolism, which has a positive effect on the mind and body.

Therapeutic massage

Therapeutic massage is a method of physiotherapy that uses a series of systematic movements on the body with the aim of influencing body tissues (skin, subcutaneous tissue, muscles and muscle fascia).

Due to increased hyperemia, the skin after the massage looks toned and elastic. Therapeutic massage improves blood circulation, improves the supply of oxygen and nutrients to tissues, as well as the removal of harmful substances from metabolism and carbon dioxide from the blood. Therapeutic massage can be used as the main therapeutic effect or as an addition to other therapeutic techniques.

Lymphatic drainage massage

Lymphatic drainage massage is one of the effective methods of influencing the lymph nodes and blood vessels, activating and regenerating the lymph flow. Also, such a massage accelerates the process of exiting fluid and decay products from the body. That’s why we recommend this massage along with treatments to lose weight, to relieve swelling after bone injuries in the legs and arms, and to remove toxins from the body after inflammatory processes.

Anti-cellulite massage

Anti-cellulite (against cellulite) massage involves the effective removal of cellulite and excess fat from certain areas of the body. In addition to this massage technique, against the same problem, we recommend a treatment with our latest BODY SCULPTURE machine for body contouring and slimming, which achieves the same effect, but already after 5 treatments.

Chinese Guasha Massage

Guasha in Chinese means “expulsion of disease and harmful effects.”
This massage is carried out along the meridians of the body. In this case, a moderate amount of medicinal oil is used.

Guasha massage:
– cleanses the meridians of the body.
– Improves the circulation of Qi, blood and lymph.
– successfully works with chronic congestion in the body.

Maderotherapy

We also often turn on wooden sculpt tools(oklagia) during the massage. Oklagia is a wooden device, which is made taking into account the anatomical features of the body. With the help of a rolling tool, you can work out all the problem areas of the body due to the deep involvement of the massage therapist’s hand, where the problem needs to be solved in deep tissues: legs, hips, back and arms. This type of roller massage is called Maderotherapy.

In our beauty salon in BAR and PODGORICA, massage is performed by a masseuse with 10 years of experience in the beauty industry and a massage therapist with 15 years of experience in a medical clinic. Masseurs and masseuse have a secondary medical education.
